Uniquely You Supergraphic

For this project, my client, Uniquely You(a therapy service for patients who are neurodivergent), wanted a super graphic for their child patients. The main challenge/stipulations were that the design needed to be limited with bright colors and patterns and, in agreement with the client, I could not use puzzle pieces, given their connotation in the autism community. My solution was to lean more towards illustration and the inspiration provided by the client: The quote by Garry Landreth, "Birds fly, fish swim, children play." I used colors that were pale/pastel or earthy, as those colors aren't very overstimulating to look at, and I featured parallel play among the children in the illustration, as there are multiple forms of play among children, especially ones on the autism spectrum, and thought it spoke to Uniquely You's mission very well.
