Journey

For this project, I had to write and create imagery for a book that surrounded the idea of creation, allowing me to be personal with its contents and the story of the book itself. The challenge initially was how I was going to present the book in a way that was both personal, but still connected with the audience. My solution was to go through how I found my passion for writing and how it became something powerful for me, something that many people could relate to. The main color scheme of the book is purple and its various tints and shades, and the placement of the type is reminiscent of illustrated novels, which I used for a reference for how the book should look. The book itself can help inspire people who may be struggling to maintain what they're passionate about and help them reconnect with their passions.
